Memorial Day Weekend
This weekend we had the opportunity, with the help of our family, to pour the basement floor of our house. My parents came from Koosharem and Chad's Dad and brother Waylon came to help as well. They had it all finished within a couple a of hours and no doubt saved us a ton of money which we really appreciate! Later that afternoon, we headed to Levan Canyon to camp with Chad's mom and family. It was nice to get away and not worry about work or our house. We came home on Monday and went to dinner and watched the Jazz game with our friends , the Miller's.
This Memorial Day was a little more meaningful to me as my brother is serving in the military. I can't help but appreciate the service of all soldiers who have come and gone. Whether or not we support this war or any other war, we should always support the soldiers because they really do sacrifice so much!
