Sorry, no pictures this time...
The charger that charges our camera batteries is not working and so our camera is dead! I don't know if I've ever posted without pictures before. Anyway, a lot has happened, Chad and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary, 4th of July and my Birthday! We started with our anniversary, which was a pretty big one I thought, so we went to "The Melting Pot" in Salt Lake and stayed at the "Hotel Monaco". "The Melting Pot" is a really fun place where all the courses are fondue. It was such a fun experience. Then we went to the "Gateway Center" for ice cream and a Movie...Ocean's 13. Not my favorite of the three. Of course we didn't have our camera and so we don't have any pictures to show our cool room. Hotel Monaco isn't really decorated like any other hotel I 've stayed at before, it's pretty modern which was cool. We had a great time and although we didn't go on a cruise like I wanted to, it was a really memorable weekend. I'm so grateful to have Chad as my husband and to have had the last five years with him!
For the Fourth, I took Carter to Nephi to enjoy the festivities with Chad's family(Chad was working on our house). Carter loved all the kiddie rides, especially the big bouncy castle, he cried when he had to get out. Later we watched fireworks in Provo with our friends the Keller's and the Miller's minus Gerrit! It was fun.
My birthday, although was the big 25, was pretty much just another day, which was fine. Chad, Carter and I went to dinner after I got off work at Red Robin which was fun. Then we shopped around the mall with the gift certificate the girls at work gave me. Well, that pretty much sums up the last week, now to get my camera working!

Happy belated birthday...sorry I'm such an awful friend and didn't even call (and I even know the what day its on). I had looked into staying at Hotel Monaco for our annual Valentine Retreat, but didn't know much about it. Maybe we'll have to try it out next time. Hopefully you can get your camera working.
