Our new addition is going to be...

We had a sneak peak ultrasound yesterday and noticed a familar part was missing. To Chad's surprise, we are having a girl! I would have been happy either way but am really happy to be having a girl. More than anything I am excited for Carter to be a big brother. He already loves babies and naturally knows how to be gentle with them. Of course we'll see how he acts when she arrives, I'm predicting being out of the spotlight might be a little rough for him. Maybe it's a little early to be throwing out names but I know a lot of pregnant women who are having girls and kind of want to call dibs. So far, we have mutually agreed (which is a miracle) on the name Brooklyn.
